A top which could also be used as a tulip skirt. Genius, eh?
When I was looking for designs for Stash, I thought of an apparel that can be used in different ways.
I opted for a ruffled cropped than the usual maxi dresses convertible to skirts since the heat this season is just unbearable! Plus I only had the fabric in a few yards, so I had to work with what was available and maxi dresses undoubtedly would eat-up 6x the number of yards this cropped top had. lol
